Is APR tuned performance chip a good choice for getting my 07 GTI?

I want to get the 93 octane tuned chip, but i wanna kno about it. Do they replace ur existing ecu, nd is there a fee for labor. Also, i would like to kno if anyone purchased this chip for their car. Does the chip work well with the DSG transmission, and can you still use launch control, also, is there insane tire spin with all that low end torque? Also, do you think that there will be alot of weak and tear by installing this chip?

Like the guy above me said, stick with GIAC, they can at least sell you a hand held flash module to switch between stock mode and performance mode while you are still under warranty. It costs more, but they know VW’s better than most.
